It started raining in the morning on Saturday and just would not stop. My mood is feeling it. Feeling sleepy, unmotivated, tired and a bit blue. This morning went to Panera with the kiddos then for lunch at a Thai restaurant with our neighbors. Barely talked during lunch and probably looked anti-social. Thankfully, they are a lovely family that know us well and are very accepting. They know I am an introvert 🙃
Due to a variety of reasons, R was winey (sp?). He got a flu shot yesterday and his arm is red and hot to the touch, it was 1pm and he was up early. I said “I’m just gonna bring him home.” Started leaving, then L goes “I want to go home, too!” No problem, brought them both home, cozy and warm. R collapsed for a nap, and I drew pictures and colored with L. Made tea, played a “baba Yaga” table game then climbed into bed to rest. A true lazy Sunday.
