Wind blowing. Leaves flying. Rain falling. House creaking. Kids sleeping. Cat (probably) roaming. It’s a witchy kind of weather tonight in our part of New Jersey! I don’t mind it. Because, privilege.

Thankful for this day, an average day, but a day well lived. A day filled with work, and driving, and walking, and teaching, and learning, and hugging, and crying, and tantrums, and “mommy, you are the betht”

What a lovely post! My grandma used to say, “Life is so daily”. This post is like that, in all of the best ways.

What a beautiful photo. Thank you for sharing it with us. It’s making me less grumpy about the state of affairs here (cold, grey, all the leaves off the trees).

This post made me smile. I love the last line. MOMMY YOU ARE THE BETHT. So sweet. I miss those days. But at the same time, I so enjoy my kids as grown ups or near grown ups.
