    Lately, I’ve been repeating: Dare to be average. As someone who tends to want everything to be PERFECT, it’s helpful to remind myself that it’s okay when things don’t go to plan or if I don’t put 100% into everything.

    Running, I sometimes repeat Fast and Light to myself.

    And God’s got this. I read that years ago in a book and it’s a good reminder that, ultimately, I’m not in control!

    The friend I saw last week is going through a slew of difficult things and she mentioned that a coworker told her “everything is figureoutable.” We both said we would have benefited from that mantra as kids!
