Memorial Day weekend is over and today I got back to teaching.

Yesterday I went to the Korean sauna for a few hours, toasted my bones, sweated, read, napped, and had a Korean body scrub. It was an interesting experience to say the least…
I am feeling grateful. For roses, for Maya, for mornings with my son, for reading together with my daughter, for watching a show with T, for having time to just sit. For impromptu play dates, for naps, for sauna. For trampoline. For a chance to not set the alarm clock, and to stay up late a few evenings. For a mall visit. For space. For time. For work to get back to.
This upcoming week (if you can call it that) is work, jiu jitsu lessons, and a baseball game with my sister-friend B and my kids. That would be my first time at a baseball game EVER.
