A very short post today on recent simple pleasures.
Elderberry tea. Sweet and sour, warm and comforting.
Throat and cough medicine. My horrendous cough is still here. But no congestion, fever, or body aches
Cartoons and movies. Will be watching Elf later with the family.
Waking up yesterday and today and remembering it’s the weekend.
Having kind neighbors with kids close in age where the kids can go play.
Impromptu projects like this glitter jar created by L this morning. Where she came up with this idea from, I do not know, but she wanted to mix paint, sparkles and water. And add some on top, too.
