Last year was my first time NaBloPoMo-ing and it was overwhelming to say the least. Because of that, I thought I would skip this year. But, many of my favorite peeps are participating, and I wanna be with them 🙂

I signed up for NaBloPoMo 2024 very last minute – November 1st. Thank you to San for including my blog in the participants page. For 2024 NaBloPoMo I plan on:

  1. posting every day, be it a picture, a short blurb, or, if I have time and energy, a full-fledged post
  2. reading most of the posts
  3. commenting on as many posts as possible (daily limit for commenting – 15 minutes)

And if I miss a day- oh well!

I do not have an outline or a concrete plan, but I am thinking I can milk some of my interests such as languages, travel, house, parenting, books, nature, life of a working mom, or being an expat.

Picture on the front: a spooky and foggy morning the other day

NaBloPoMo 2024 is here, and this post is part of it. Join me and other awesome bloggers in this challenge!

Sounds like almost exactly what my rules are for myself on this, too! 🙂 I’m glad you’re doing it!

FOMO for the win! I can’t wait to see what comes of this, and I think it is perfectly fine to not comment on 30+ blogs every day!!! Woof, it can seem a bit daunting! We’ve got this though; see you tomorrow!

I am vowing to myself that I will write all my posts on the weekends and have more time during the week to comment. We’ll see how that works out!

I think it sounds like a grand plan and am looking forward to reading more from you. I always look forward to reading something from you. I love the aesthetic of fog, I just hate driving in it. LOL.

I’ve learned that the best thing is to not make yourself so stressed about posting some sort of dissertation every day that it stops being fun. Spending a month posting and reading, even an isolated thought or picture, is great and if a day is missed, there’s always the next day to dive back in!

    Love the spooky photo too!

It’s such a good idea to put some guard rails around at the start, so that it stays fun and doesn’t become overwhelming.
