An average day is a good day! Here is what happened, and we are still not done with today.
Voted!! Took both kids with me.
From Kendra Adachi – the Lazy Genius podcast. Ask yourself “what is happening in the next two months that feels overwhelming or does not yet have a plan?” Once you have that information, make three labels: “make it matter, make it easy, or make it go away.”
After voting, went to Panera for some cookies and coffee, with kiddos.
Got R his haircut.
Went to Michael’s store to get some crafty stuff for R’s “Thankful Tree“project from preschool. It’s a school-to-home connection project so it’s expected that the whole family contributes.
Made the project! I think it’s cute. R is thankful for firefighters, trucks, cars, and cereal.
Health: not feeling well and annoying people around me with dry cough. The tickle in my throat just will not go away! Taking Robutussin in liquid gel form.
Bribed the kids with lollipops to go and STAY outside. It’s 70 and sunny. They are on the playground in the back yard while I’m typing this.
An average truly can be a good day.
